The submission of photos and selfies for identity verification (KYC) is to compare and confirm whether the individual matches the submitted documents. SEVIX securely stores all KYC information through the exchange and does not share it with third parties.
5. I’m under the age of 18. Why can’t I sign up?
Due to local laws and regulations, you must be 18 or older to access our services.
6. Where can I check my Identity Verification (KYC) information?
You can click in here or login to your account and click ‘Person Icon in the upper right corner > Security > KYC verification > Setting’.
7. What should I do if Identity Verification (KYC) fails?
If your identity verification fails, you should contact customer support.

Yes, it’s possible. When you sign up for SEVIX, an additional account on Binance, OKX and Bybit will be created.
9.When I do Identity Verification, Sumsub appears. What is it?
Sumsub (https://www.sumsub.com) is a company that provides KYS solutions. It is used by global exchanges such as Binance, Bybit and Huobi. All user information is securely stored by the exchange and not shared with third parties.
10. Face Recognition and selfie verification are not working well.
Make sure you follow the correct instruction of face recognition and selfie:
- Centering your face in front of the camera.
- Slowly turning your head around the circle within the frame.
- Retry the face recognition / selfie and avoid shaking or in a dark environment.
- Make sure only one person is in the frame for face recognition.
