If after submitting a withdrawal request, the withdrawal isn't completed, or if the withdrawal is completed but the assets haven't arrived in the deposit account, there could be several reason.
Typically, you may just need to wait a few more minutes for the designated blockchain to confirm the transaction. However, there could be other reasons, and it's important to be aware of potential issues to safely manage your assets.
1. Delayed Blockchain Confirmation
If your cryptocurrency hasn't arrived in your account after withdrawal, you can check the withdrawal progress using a block explorer.
- If the TxID is confirmed in the withdrawal history :
Select the withdrawing exchange from SEVIX's withdrawal page.
Once you've selected the withdrawing exchange, you can view "Withdrawal History" at the bottom.
Enter the withdrawal TxID corresponding to the cryptocurrency into the block explorer to check the progress.
If the transaction is pending on the blockchain but not confirmed in the wallet, you may need to wait for a few blocks to be confirmed.

2. In the withdrawal history, status such as "Progress," "Pending," or "Failed" are indicated.
"Progress" or "Pending" means that the withdrawal request is pending. This may be due to a large number of pending withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are processed automatically in the order they are requested.
If a withdrawal request is pending for more than 1 hour or is marked as "Failed," please submit a ticket to SEVIX Customer Support.
3. Incorrect Deposit Address or Blockchain Network
Before submitting a withdrawal request, be sure to check two things:
- Verify that the deposit address is correct
- Confirm that the network supported by the platform you're depositing to is correct.
For example, if you're withdrawing ETH from SEVIX and you select the "ETH-Arbitrum" network, but the platform you're depositing to doesn't support this network, the withdrawal will fail.
!! If an incorrect deposit address is entered or the wrong network is selected, the withdrawal may fail. In this cases, you can seek assistance from the customer support of the platform you're depositing to as well as SEVIX Customer Support. However, there is no guarantee of recovering lost cryptocurrencies due to reasons such as these.
4. Missing or Incorrect Memo/Tag
Some cryptocurrencies require to include a Memo/Tag along with the deposit address. This information can be found on the deposit page of the platform you're depositing to.
Enter the memo/tag into the memo/tag input filed on SEVIX's withdrawal page.
!! If an incorrect tag is entered or if the tag is missing, the withdrawal may fail. In this cases, you can seek assistance from the customer support of the platform you're depositing to as well as SEVIX Customer Support. However, there is no guarantee of recovering lost cryptocurrencies due to reasons such as these.
