-Make sure that you selected network is the same as the network of the exchange/wallet you are depositing asset to.

How to withdraw crypto from SEVIX?
You can make a withdraw in here, or click 'Withdraw' button in the wallet.
[Step 1] Select Exchange
Select the exchange/wallet to stored your assets for withdrawal.
[Step 2] Select Coin
Select the coin you want to withdraw.
[Step 3] Enter Deposit Address and Select Network
Copy and paste the deposit address of the exchange/wallet you are depositing funds to.
!! To ensure that you input the correct address, we highly recommend using the "COPY" button.
The supported network by each coin and exchange can be different.
Please make sure that you selected network is the same as the network of the exchange/wallet you are depositing funds to.
!! If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered.
[Step 4] Enter Memo/Tag
If a coin requires a Memo/Tag to be entered, be sure to copy and paste the Memo/Tag.
!! If you missing Memo/Tag, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered.
[Step 5] Enter the withdrawal amount.
You can verify the withdrawable quantity from the available balance.
Enter the withdrawal amount. Clicking the "MAX" button will input the maximum withdrawable amount.
After entering the withdrawal amount, please click the withdraw button.
[Step 6] Enter the email/mobile verification code and the 6-digit Google Authenticator code.
Enter the email/mobile verification code and the 6-digit code generated from the Google Authenticator app.
After entering, click the "Confirm" button.
[Step 7] Blockchain Confirmation
After confirming the withdraw request, your transfer will be proceed. The confirmation time varies depending on the. blockchain and its current network traffic.
[Step 8] Check Withdraw History
You can check the details of your withdraw including TXID and status on the 'Withdraw History' tab.
