Usually, it takes a few extra minutes until the designated blockchain confirms the transaction. However, there may be other causes, and to ensure the safe management of assets, it's important to understand and be aware of possible reasons.
1. Delayed Blockchain Confirmation
If your crypto deposit hasn’t arrived yet, you can check the transaction progress via a blockchain explorer.

If the withdrawal exchange provides a TxID:
Enter the TxID into the appropriate blockchain explorer to check the status.
If the transaction is pending on the blockchain but hasn't yet appeared in the wallet, you may need to wait for more block confirmations.

If the withdrawal exchange does NOT provide a TxID:
You can check the progress using the withdrawal or deposit address on a blockchain explorer.
If no pending transaction is visible, the withdrawal hasn’t started yet.
Please verify with the withdrawal exchange whether the transaction has been processed.
2. Incorrect Deposit Address or Blockchain Network
When depositing crypto, it's crucial to select the correct network and double-check the deposit address.
If funds were sent to the wrong address or via the wrong network, please submit a support ticket as soon as possible.
When submitting a ticket, include the following:

TxID from the withdrawal exchange

There is no guarantee of recovery if assets are lost due to these issues. Always verify the correct amount, address, and network before sending.
3. Missing or Incorrect Memo/Tag
Some cryptocurrencies require a Memo or Tag along with the deposit address.
If this is missing or incorrect, submit a support ticket immediately.
Include the following with your ticket:
